We primarily collect personal data in order to respond to your inquiries as efficiently as possible, and to ensure the provision and payment of the requested service.

Video surveillance system

As our legitimate interest, we use the video surveillance system on our premises, both inside and the outside the building, in order to:

• Protect the safety of our guests and employees
• Control all entrances to the facility in order to reduce the exposure of employees to robberies, burglaries and similar occurrences
• Protect the Hotel property, and prevent unauthorized entry into the Hotel premises
• Recordings are deleted regularly within the legally prescribed period. Only authorized persons have access to video surveillance.

E-Mail

When submitting your data, you agree to be contacted and enter our mailing list – the very moment of entry implies your explicit consent to be contacted. Protection of the privacy of your data is permanent, and you can request exclusion from our mailing list at any time. After that, the data is no longer used by the Company.

Use of "Cookies"

In order to make your browsing experience as easy as possible, our WAN server uses "cookies." Cookies cannot be used to run programs or install viruses on your computer. "Cookies" set by our web server are automatically deleted from your computer at the end of the session, that is, the moment you leave our website. Browsing our website is also possible without the use of "cookies", depending on your web browser settings. "Cookies" cannot read data from your disks or data that contains "cookies" from other servers written on your disk.
