Mostar
Mostar is one of the most popular travel destinations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is 93 km away from Drvenik. It is located in the southern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the banks of Neretva River, characterized by a Mediterranean climate, with mild and humid winters and hot and dry summers. Mostar is not a big city so tourists can explore it and visit all the main sights entirely on foot. It’s strongest attraction is the Old Bridge, which, together with the old town, has been on the UNESCO list of protected cultural heritage since 2005. Stretching over the beautiful Neretva, the Old Bridge carries the marks of its demolition and reconstruction, thus revealing many historical details of this city.
